Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-HOUR NOTICE AND $75 CHARGE

At N4 Esthetic Clinic, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our valued clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our appointments and serve everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy, effective 5/16/23:

1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant time slot to another client in need of our services.
2. Cancellation Charges: In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of $75 will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved for you and helps us compensate for the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients during that time.
3. Payment Process: The $75 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file that was used to secure your appointment. The charge will be processed within 48 hours of the cancellation.
4. Cancellation Methods: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone at 718 246 4772 or via email at Info@N4Medspa.com. It is important to speak with a representative directly to ensure proper handling of your cancellation and to avoid any misunderstandings.
5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation without proper notice, and the $75 cancellation fee will apply.
6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to considering exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have a legitimate reason for your cancellation within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
